Bio

My name is Sandra and I’m a 3d artist living and working in the Niagara region of Ontario.  After 4 years of studying fine art and animation at the Emily Carr Institute for Art and Design, I earned a BFA and began my career in the video game industry.  Over the next 8 years I developed a broad range of skills in environment modelling, texturing and lighting as an employee at Electronic Arts, Ubisoft and Silicon Knights.

I have contributed to more than 14 game titles in the capacity of artist, lighter, and lead.  In that time I have worked with a wide range of software, including Maya, 3Ds Max, XSI, Photoshop, Z-brush and many proprietary tools. I also have a wealth of artistic knowledge and skill as a result of my education and my personal interest in animation, film, photography and illustration.  I am currently working at Silicon Knights as an Environment Artist on an unannounced title.
